Weekly Class Schedule

  • Morning Tai Chi: Start your day with gentle Tai Chi movements to awaken your body and calm your mind. Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Evening Mindful Movement: Join us for a session of mindful movement incorporating elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong. Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Days: Tuesday, Thursday
  • Weekend Tai Chi Practice: Deepen your Tai Chi practice with a longer session on weekends. Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM, Days: Saturday, Sunday
